New Prices for Spring

As I’ve mentioned to some of you before, the Locomotivity pricing we started out with was “introductory”. I wanted to have a little time to see what was working and what wasn’t. One thing that became immediately obvious was that Part Time memberships didn’t make a lot of sense unless you planned on being in the space almost every workday. And the $10/day rate was never going to pay the rent. So some changes are in order.

  • Haven’t been to Locomotivity yet for some coworking love? Your first visit is free!
  • We have a new 10-pass card for $100. If you plan on coming in once a week or so, liked the $10/day deal and don’t want to give up that awesome rate, this is for you. The 10-pass cards expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Daily rates are now $15. I’ve got to eat you know. :)
  • Part time memberships are now only $150. Plan on coworking 2 or 3 times per week? This is the plan for you.
  • Full time and partner membership rates are not changing for now.
  • Contact us for conference room rates.

Aussie Coworking

Shai and Purvi Desai are some friends of mine that I met in NYC when I was working with them at a dotcom startup in 1999. Not long after we worked together they moved back to their home country and started raising a family. I’m happy to say that the Locomotivity brand love extends all the way around the world.
